From March 18 to 20, a delegation from the capital construction Management Department of Shaanxi Coal Group visited Pangyuan Shangyu Base in Shaoxing and Sichuan Pangyuan Jintang Base to investigate and accept the trial production work of the base. SCMC and Pangyuan Leasing related departments accompanied the investigation and acceptance.

 The research acceptance purpose in order to further implement the Shanxi coal group about the 2024 key construction projects advance work notice requirements, investigators line first organized base trial production conditions, listened to the total package unit, supervision unit and construction unit project report, detailed understanding of base project overview, construction progress, quality and safety management, investment control, etc. Focus on the trial production plan and emergency plan, management organization and system, post training and special operation certificate to work, safety and environmental protection and other aspects of the in-depth understanding.

 After the meeting, the research team went to the two sites for field investigation, had a detailed understanding of the site trial production preparation of the two bases, and gave opinions and suggestions on the problems existing in the site.

 During the acceptance process, the comprehensive team checks the project approval procedures, investment completion, project construction, quality, site conditions review; the special team checks the production preparation and trial production plan, safety (fire protection, fire protection), occupational health, environmental protection facilities, equipment inspection, post training and education, rules and regulations, emergency rescue, etc.

After the inquiry and discussion by the acceptance group, the two bases meet the conditions of trial production.
